Barely used Joseph Rodgers narrow flexible 11" slicer for smoked salmon, ham or anything that needs to be thin sliced with the minimum of pull apart. 

Joseph Rodgers was long considered one of the top makers in Sheffield, it's always nice finding their knives and even better when in next to new condition. 

Blade has been sharpened once and is at original geometry with the original near mirror finish.
