Lightly used made in Sakai, blade is very full, looks to have only been honed several times. The handle was chewed by a dog a little and the price has been adjusted accordingly.
This is from a small Sakai brand that has a long family history as blacksmiths and is not very easy to find.
This is a heavy gyuto designed or fish breaking (yo deba = western deba) and is not as good for veggies.
Forged stainless steel. Comes with saya.
