Trade in gyuto in good condition without original packaging or saya. This stainless clad carbon steel knife is forged by renowned blacksmith Teruyasu Fujiwara who is most known for his high quality of heat treatments. His skilled work brings the most positive characteristics out of the steel. This knife is from the Maroboshi line and includes the recognizable "finger-rest" notched-heel profile.
This knife has a healthy patina on the shigane indicating that it was well used and cared for. It shows signs of sharpening as the clad line is approaching the cutting edge but it still has another round or two of proper sharpening prior to needing to be thinned. This knife comes with a fresh BC edge.
