Trade in gyuto in excellent condition in original packaging. This stainless clad carbon steel gyuto looks like it may have never been used due to no signs of oxidation on the shigane and no clear evidence of buffing work. Ferrule and handled are still very clean and the factory sticker on the handle looks like it has never seen water. Edge looks to be in great condition and knife will come as received. Box is a little beat up but mainly in the labeling starting to peel after 5 or so years.
Fujiwara Denka need little introduction but they are valued for their incredible heat treatments that lead to excellent steel quality and performance. Fit and finish leaves some to be desired but you aren't buying a Fujiwara for the fit and finish.
