Thin, light, and super nimble, a great example of fine old Solingen knife making. THis knife has the older Grand Prize 1900 St Louis 1904 markings, the handle and remainder of foil stamp look like slightly older 1920s \/ 30s production rather than older 1905-teens handles which were narrower. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile this knife shows wear on the handle from washing and careful use, and the blade developed some fine, even pitting, it was not sharpened too much and did not need a thinning.
