Ingredients: Captain Hong’s Dried Anchovy, Dried Dashima, Shitake, Onion, Scallion, Leek
Directions: Combine 1 packet with 1 liter of water. bring up to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove and discard packet. Stock is ready for use.
Prepared stock will stay fresh for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
