210mm Gyuto in ginsanko stainless steel with a hazy kasumi finish on a cherry wood handle.

Hand forged in Sakai and ground and finished by Yohei. Super thin and light with a convex hamaguri grind finished with a hazy kasumi finish over the softer stainless cladding.

The Kikuchiyo Yohei line of knives enlists top level forging and heat treatments making for an unusual ease of sharpening and superb edge life on ginsanko. They feature a convex grind that makes for a smooth cutting feel and effective food release and represents an exciting new generation of Sakai craftsmen putting out top quality work.
