Hitohira Kikuchiyo Yohei 240mm Gyuto Aogami 2 Kasumi Cherry

Hand forged in Sakai  and ground and finished by Yohei. Super thin and light with a convex hamaguri grind finished with a hazy kasumi finish over the softer iron cladding.

This is discounted as it is the old shape for this series , it has a bit more curve in the forward belly behind the tip than the new version, its a very graceful classical Sakai gyuto geometry.
