Victorinox 5" Serrated Steak Wood Handle (per piece)

5" serrated steak knives with rosewood handle.

Victorinox's boning and kitchen knives draw a cult-like following within butchers and cooks, possibly because their stainless is some of the easiest to sharpen that we've come across. For years they were sold under the now-discontinued brand, Forschner, in the U.S.

Famous for the iconic Swiss Army Knife, Victorinox started in 1884, and has since become a major worldwide brand also dealing in watches, luggage, etc. They were one of the first companies to fully embrace stainless steel as a cutlery material. The company name comes from the conjoined names of the founder’s mother, Victoria, and international name for stainless steel, Inox.

***These steak knives ship with a sticker that is a little difficult to remove. You will have to remove the sticker before use and remove the remaining adhesive with some sort of adhesive remover.***

Due to dealership restrictions, Victorinox can only be sold in the United States.
