Vintage KC Seelbach boning knife with carbon steel blade, walnut handle with pin and disc rivets in used condition.

KC Seelbach was an American company sourcing chef and butcher knives as well as razors from Solingen Germany from 1925-47 with obvious inturruptions during the war, they were located at 260 West Broadway NY NY.

Knife has seen some hard work; it has been sharpened and theres some dings to the handle including a saw mark (a lot of butchers ID their knives this way) but everything is solid and ready to get back to work.
