K C Seelbach 6” Offset Boning Knife Carbon Steel Solingen 1925-47

Vintage KC Seelbach boning knife with forged offset carbon steel blade, walnut handle with cutler's compression rivets in refurbshed used condition.

Knife has seen some hard work; it has been sharpened in a little but is still nice and full with no damage or issues with the handle. Everything is solid and ready to get back to work.

KC Seelbach was an American company sourcing chef and butcher knives as well as razors from Solingen Germany from 1925-47 with obvious inturruptions during the war, they were located at 260 West Broadway NY NY.
