Vintage Dexter 5" boning knife made for LL Bean as an outdoor knife with leather sheath, would be a great bird and trout knife and in this way references early and mid 19th century American hunting knives which were modified butcher and utility knives. 

 

Blade has not been sharpened in too much and has a fresh edge, sheath is in good shape also

4" blade, 5 7/8" overall
