Erik Anton Berg 4" stainless utility knife made in Eskilstuna Sweden in approximately the 1930s to 60s judging by the construction and the nickel plated sheath snaps and hardware.
Erik Anton Berg grew his knife making company somewhat quickly in Eskilstuna, he passed away early in the century but it was continued in his name until the 1970s or 80s. Like all Swedish knives you can expect a high quality steel and on most a somewhat subdued design free from any flourishes.
This knife has an ingenious metal tab in the sheath that fits into a hole in the handle helping to keep the knife from sliding up out of the sheath.
Blade is still very full, it has a fresh edge. The laquered solid wood handle is held fast with three brass pins, also in good shape, the keeper strap on sheath has some cracks, the only issue really.
4" blade, 8.25" overall
