Jedinox (Deglon) 4.25” Serrated Knife Stainless Steel New Old Stock / Unused Vintage

Jedinox (made by Deglon) 4.25” hand ground stainless steel serrated utility knife made in Thiers France. Knives have a 1/2 tang with one piece pinned European walnut handle with original stamp on the handle. These are likely from 1950’s to 70’s production.

The handles on these are old style natural tannin dyed wood, expect some of this to come off on your hand first few times you use them. The tannin dye was made from galls on oak trees.
