New old stock Amcut (Import brnad not maker name) 6" cleaver made in Italy in the 1960s with forged carbon steel blade and cherry wood handle.

This was never used but had aquired a little rust which has been cleaned off, and the edge was profoundly dull so it has been given a fresh convex edge. Normally we opt to leave new old stock knives in as original condition as possible but this one was beyond what a few whetstones could do.
