Unmarked drop forged carbon steel and solid wood utility made in a transitional period in Solingen when carbon steel was still in production but newer more modern looking dies were in use with the wider bolster. At first glance this looks like a more modern Solingen knife but the carbon steel and solid wood rather than pakka wood handle suggests 1960s possibly very early 70s manufacture.
THis knife has been thinned along its blade faces as it had been sharpened in a little bit.
