J A Henckels 10" Chef Knife Carbon Steel Solingen 1920s-30s

Hand forged and hand ground after being drop forged carbon steel chef’s knife in the lightweight 108 series with what looks like pear wood handle.
This knife had been sharpened down some and required a thinning we were able to do this without removing too much metal knife is ready to get back to work and cut smoothly
This knife represents old so again craftsmanship and very likely pre-date World War II, these are always a great find, especially when the blade is straight and full enough to be put back into work.
