We offer an array of classes from basic whetstone sharpening, knife skills, to whole chicken butchery and an introduction to natto. All classes are held at our Valencia Street shop in the Mission District.

A few things to to keep in mind:

Parking can be (is) limited. There is metered parking on Valencia Street or street parking in the neighborhood. There is a parking garage at Valencia & 21st. 

Classes are run separately from our retail shop. Please direct any inquiries regarding schedule, cancellations, gifting classes, etc., directly to the instructor. Bernal Cutlery Gift Cards CANNOT be used for classes.
