Traditionally used to make tsukemono and sunomono, but can also be used to make sauerkraut and certain styles of kimchee.

Use the screw press to squeeze out the desired amount of water to make room for flavor absorption.

Materials: BPA Free - Durable plastic, made in Japan

Not suitable for dishwasher; hand wash and store dry after use.

Do not use with nuka (rice bran), or citrus.

Not fully sealed, liquid will spill if the product is tilted.
