Made by a 330 years-old, esteemed soy sauce producer in Ibaraki Prefecture spanning a jaw-dropping 18 generations, this ponzu is a wonderful marriage of unpasteurized pure soy sauce, brewed and aged in wooden barrels, and aromatic yuzu citrus sourced in the same prefecture. It is also blended with vinegar and bonito to produce a perfect balance of sweetness, saltiness, sourness, and umami. Its refreshing citrus flavor and clean, yet profound soy sauce combine perfectly with any dish.
