Antique Landers Frary & Clark 3” pen knife from their early production 1912-1920’s. Carbon steel blades, silver plated handle scales and bail for key chain.
The knife has the look of one carried for decades. Blades have good snaps and main blade shows a fair deal of sharpening, the bail also shows wear from hanging on a watch chain.
LF&C was a massive operation out of New Britain Ct. that made knives as well as many other products. Their older knives are a great example of the use of skilled labor in factory production of cutlery.
Most vintage pocket knives come unsharpened unless specified or requested.
We are a full-service cutlery shop offering sharpening services, Japanese and Western culinary knives, vintage knives, outdoor, pocket and craft knives, cooking tools and accessories. We also offer knife skills and sharpening classes, and more.
We are proud to serve kitchen professionals, knife enthusiasts and home cooks alike. Located in the Mission District of San Francisco, California.
