Vintage 1980’s era 10” Sabatier chef knife made for import brand Hoffritz.

Blade is hand forged hand ground drop forged stainless steel with a black POM composite handle and shows very little wear, it was found with a dulled factory edge and is most likely a knife that sat in the back of a drawer for decades unused.

Blade is 25cm or just under 10”, 1 7/8” high at heel 14.5” overall length

Blade shows a little drift to the right, not entirely uncommon on hand forged hand ground French knives.
