Vintage 'Canadian' style (no integral forged round ferrule attached to bolster) carbon steel chef knife. Marking is lost but it looks a lot like Sabatier Professional.

Blade is full but has seen some rust, 20cm (just under 8") from tip to end of heel, 313mm overall length with walnut handle. Blade shows some pitting but is full and straight.

This knife was hand forged and hand ground after drop forging and shows a good deal of taper in both the tang and blade.
