Lamson & Goodnow forged flexible spatula with rosewood handles held fast with brass pins and a stepped contoured steel bolster. The Lamson & Goodnow Anchor markings on this spatula were first used in 1871 and this could be from that era or a bit later in the early 20th century, some production techniques stayed the same in this era which makes it a bit hard to date. That said this is in great shape, a great example of the high standard of grinding and handling that even the simpler lines of knives and tools would enjoy.
