Chinese Style Cleavers
Much like the European Chefs knife or the Japanese Gyuto, Chinese-style cleavers are multipurpose kitchen tools. They can be used for a multitude of tasks ranging from vegetable prep and light butchery tasks to intricate decorative knife work for garnish.
A heavier cleaver is capable of handling more intense butchery work.
