Florentine Kitchen Knives orignial design with an oval and curved stacked handle, assembled around a full tang blade and fixed with brass ferrules and pommels. Inspired but Eastern, Middle-Eastern and Western knives, the familiar but unique blade shapes are versatile and capable of a wide array of kitchen and prep tools. The Florentine Four collections has been continuously perfected since 2012.

Made with Swedish Stainless Steel blade and stacked micarta and leather handle. Similar to AEB-L, Sandvik 14c28n is a high-carbon stainless steel known for being tough and sharpenable with high corrosion resistance and edge retention.
