Unmarked (Sabatier Professional?) Ideal pattern 13" chef knife with barely used very full blade, walnut or pear wood handles and brass rivets.
Blade and tang have a taper suggesting hand forging after drop forging and the blade has been hand ground as well.
Blade has a fairly significant wave in the front of the belly behind the heel, the tip is inline with the heel but this could be noticible for some tasks, price has been adjusted.
