New Vintage Stainless steel chestnut knives from Thiers France, marked only Inox their rosette rivets suggest pre-tube rivet era of late 50's 60's with a dense European wood handle.

While these are stainless some have small spots on the blade and possibly some oxidization on the rosette rivets.
