Marks lost on this Cuisine Massive / Nogent style 9.75" chef knife with fine ground carbon steel blade, aluminum ferrule ring (tube, not braised) and 'ebonized' beech handle.
Blade is still fairly full, has been sharpened in but not needing a thinning yet, tip veers a little off to the left a little when pointed away from user, not too much, knife has seen some rust, leaving some fine pits, otherwise it is ready to get back to work.
