Vintage / Antique skinning knife with steel riveted beech handle. Blade has been sharpened down a bit, these were found in a batch of other butchery knives in San Francisco, some with San Francisco butchery supply business markings suggesting these were part of the S.F. ‘Butchertown’ butchery industry. This one is likely 1930’s era production given it was found with a batch of knives all from that era and the steel rivets are in accord with that.
