Product Description

Refurbished vintage carbon steel F Dick slicer with a light buff and a fresh edge. Old style hand forged after drop forged with hand grind construction. Blade is 11.75” from tip to end of bolster and overall length is 16.75” with walnut handle, 7.23 oz.

Blade has been sharpened down from 12” and is a bit thicker behind the edge than original geometry, it is still capable of a huge variety of slicing jobs and is also capable of tougher work as well.
