Classes at Bernal Cutlery

We offer an array of classes from basic whetstone sharpening and knife skills to an introduction to natto and whole chicken butchery. All classes are held at our Valencia Street shop in the Mission District. Click in to learn more. 

A few things to to keep in mind:

Parking nearby is limited. There is metered parking on Valencia Street or street parking in the neighborhood. There is a parking garage at Valencia & 21st. 

Classes are run separately from our retail shop. Please direct any inquiries regarding schedule, cancellations, gifting classes, etc., directly to the instructor. Bernal Cutlery Gift Cards CANNOT be used for classes.
