Your knives can typically be finished within 24–48 hours after drop-off. Times can vary depending on order volume and the sharpener's discretion.

You will be given an estimate at drop off and will be invoiced once the work is complete. Final cost is subject to change from estimate.

No down payment is required to reserve a time slot. Rebooking would be required for any missed appointments.
Please include notes for your order in the +special instructions tab at checkout (knife has chips, needs to be thinned, etc.)
Appointments must be made at minimum 24 hrs in advance; maximum of 30 days out.
Each appointment is good for one individual. Please do not bring knives that belong to others. We reserve the right to turn away knives that do not belong to you for the reason that we need to be able to discuss extra work and cost needed with the knife's owner. We will not be held responsible for work approved or ignored on behalf of a person not present at drop-off.

Please reserve this service for knives you use for work. We reserve the right to accept but not rush knives that are not for work.

Knives that need thinning work will be put into the Standard Service queue and are not eligible for RUSH Services. Thinning necessity will be evaluated at drop off.

We thank you for trusting us with your tools and are committed to bringing you the best service to accommodate your work schedule. However, we cannot always meet the needs that are last minute especially on rushes that require extensive work. We are always willing to try, so don’t hesitate to ask.
