Fontenille Pataud 'Gilles' is a small family business located in Thiers, in the beautiful Auvergne region in France. They are well known for their Laguiole style knives, but other regional styles including the Vendetta (from Corsica), Yssingeaux, Saint-Bernard, and Basque knives.
