For more than 200 years, Peugeot has been imagining, designing, and manufacturing objects for daily life. Starting out as an early Steel Mill over 200 years ago, they have produced high-quality culinary mills including one of the first manual coffee mills.
Sleek and minimalist, designed from upcycled wood, the 12in. The texture produced by sand blasting, is highlighted with solvent‑free black paint to create a distinguished matt finish across the body. This iconic mill is equipped with a world-renowned lifetime-guaranteed steel mechanism specific for peppercorns. It is supplied with an organic, fair-trade pepper delivering a surprisingly fresh taste with its fruity notes.
The button on top, marked with the brand’s lion’s head in black for pepper, can be used to easily adjust the grind setting as required.
- PEFC certified recycled wood from France
- Partially filled with organic and fair-trade peppercorns; can be refilled with peppercorns and coriander 6mm in diameter max
- Case-hardened steel mechanism with a lifetime warranty
- Cracks then grinds for a more intense, fresh flavor
- Turn head clockwise only to grind
- Adjust grind with the turn of the knob
- Made in France by Peugeot
To protect the environment, post-manufacturing waste wood (chips and sawdust) is collected and recycled. Solvent-free paint has been chosen for colored finishes as part of the company’s continuous improvement policy. Bernal Cutlery is very happy to be representing Peugeot in San Francisco.
