12" flexible ham / salmon slicer made in Solingen, Germany, in quintessential 1970s or early 80s style with aluminum rivets and a pakka wood composite handle. Hoffritz wasn't a manufacturer but sourced from top-shelf makers of the time; this one is most likely from the 1970s or early 80s, with a composite Pakka wood handle. 

The knife has not been sharpened much, and the pakka handle is nice and shiny, with no abuse or delamination (no one put it in a dishwasher!).
