New old stock 2.75" paring knives from Thiers made approximately from the 1960s to 70s with forged stainless steel blade, aluminum ferrule ring and plastic handle.

We found these with handles set but not finished, the tang exposed at the butt. We have shortened the tang and added some epoxy to the handles, firming them up. Expect minor cosmetic imperfections
