New old stock Hoffman boning knife with carbon steel blade and walnut handle. Blades have a little bit of flex to them at the tip half of the blade.

We found a small batch of them in their original box, some knives have small rust spots which we have buffed off, there might be a small patch of shallow pits or dark spots.

Blades have a taper in the handle indicating that they were forged, always a nice sign and a production technique long out of use in American knife making.
