Victorinox Forschner 14" Boucher European Pattern Butcher Stainless Rosewood 1960s-70s

Lightly used Victorinox 14 boucher butcher knife in great condition without original packaging. This stainless steel blade is only shows superficial scratches, its edge had been sharpened a little and the last sharpening at a little bit lower an angle than we like so the bevel looks stepped with our slightly higher (approx 15 degree) bevels over the existing wider grind, but the quality of the edge is great, ready to get to work. 

 The model number 104-14 has been reassigned and this knife does not appear to be in production.
