If you haven't tried Golden Milk, you're in for a treat. The earthy notes of turmeric pair with warming spices and your favorite milk to create an aromatic, creamy beverage with the added plus of potential health benefits.

This blend is also delicious sprinkled into oatmeal, smoothies and baked goods.

To make a quick Golden Milk, heat 1 cup of your milk of choice (cow's, coconut, almond, soy, etc.). Whisk in 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Milk blend, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener to taste.

You can also make a batch of Golden Milk paste that keeps nicely in the fridge. Whenever you want a cup you can whisk a spoonful of it into hot milk.
