Hand made in Sakai, mirror finished iron clad aogami 1 forged by dentoukougeishi master smith Yoshikazu Tanaka whose treatment of aogami is very highly regarded, he manages to incorporate both toughness, ease of sharpening with excellent edge formation with long edge life.
Mioroshi deba are thinner and narrower than typical deba making them great for butchering large soft boned fish like salmon or for portioning larger cuts such as removing the bloodlines from tuna.
