Florentine Four Carbon

Florentine Kitchen Knives orignial design with an oval and curved stacked handle, assembled around a full tang blade and fixed with brass ferrules and pommels. Inspired but Eastern, Middle-Eastern and Western knives, the familiar but unique blade shapes are versatile and capable of a wide array of kitchen and prep tools. The Florentine Four collections has been continuously perfected since 2012.

Made with XC75, a low alloy carbon steel valued for its ease of sharpening and edge retention. It has no corrosion resistance and will oxidize with use and corrode with neglect. do not let sit wet or dirty. Hand wash and towel dry.
