Antique foster Brothers scimitar style slicer from the 1880s judging by the mark, which is simply foster brother, knife is an integral one piece construction with a distinctive deep grooved bolster. Handle is a beautiful Rosewood pinned with brass. This knife is in great shape for its age, it is barely been sharpened in, there’s a fresh edge, and I tried to get back to work, but it has certainly not been sharpened down much.
