Angela Wilson is the owner of Avedano’s Holly Park Market, a neighborhood butcher shop located in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights. Wilson opened Avedano's in 2007 in a space that has been a butcher shop since 1901. Avedano’s is known for its commitment to sustainable, locally sourced meats and traditional whole-animal butchery.
Wilson, along with her team, aimed to revive the old-fashioned butcher shop experience, offering personalized service and high-quality products. Her work has contributed to the resurgence of artisanal butchery in the Bay Area, making Avedano’s a beloved fixture in the community.
