LF&C Universal 10.25” Chef Knife Carbon Steel

Refurbished and resuscitated LF&C Universal brand chef knife. This knife has been re-handed by a previous owner and has been thinned and re-profiled by BC. While it started life a much larger knife on a bit of a different footprint.

Landers Frary under their Universal brand in New Britain Ct. At one point LF&C was one of the largest knife making outfits in the USA and was a huge kitchen equipment maker as well, their hand ground hand forged after drop forged kitchen knives were made for professional use and were of excellent quality.

Edge is a hair over 10 1/4” 2 3/8” wide at heel 15 3/4” overall length
