Barely used hand forged after drop forged Thiers Issard 4 Star Elephant chef knife in barely used condition, when found there was a tiny bit of patina behind the tip and a little wear to the factory edge. It has been sharpened and lightly cleaned, it is as close to unused as a used knife can be. It is only our ironclad moral code that keeps us from listing it as new old stock.
