Vintage F Dick 5" carbon steel boning knife with rosewood handle. Knife has been used fairly heavily and sharpened in some but still has lots of life left and has a fresh sharp edge. 

This knife is from approximately the 1950s, I have found this design with the two pins and birdseye rivet as part of sets in wooden brief cases with old flathead screws and old style keys. It is a guess but 1950s is a conservative estimate of age.
