Narrow flexible 11" slicer for smoked salmon, ham or anything that needs to be thin sliced with the minimum of pull apart. 

Blade is makred Hoffritz NY Made In England Stainless De-Luxe and is nearly identical to others that I have found with Sheffield marks. 

Blade has been sharpened in a little but is still close to original geometry (the round hump at the base is not original width of entire blade. Ferrule ring is secure as is stag handle but the buttcap is missing.
