Vintage Dexter carbon steel chef knife with lightly re-furbished blade and original rosewood handle.
Blade had some pits that have been removed, the blade has been thinned a little as well bringing it’s cutting ability back and removing some of the previous pits. Edge is fresh and it’s ready to get back to work
