J Rotschen K.K. Hof Messerschmied 10.5" Flexible Slicer Fillet Carbon Steel & Stag Vienna 1890s-1920?

Amazingly flexible hand forged 10.5" carbon steel slicer marked J Rotschen K.K. Hof Messerschmied Wien set with a pinned stag handle with a flared round pommel. 

I am not able to find much on this maker but its construction and the serif typeface in hot stamp suggest late 19th / early 20th century construction but it also might be older. 

A handsome old knife here it has likely become a bit thinner and more flexible with cleanings over the years but the depth of the stamp over a tapering area shows this was not just cleaned into thinness.
